Cafe Elementary School

                 Café Elementary School came into being in 1966, which was made of a one room sawali and cogon sheik with the cooperation and immense desire of the barangay people to have a presentable school building, they managed to build a two-room school building made of lumber and galvanized iron. This two-room building was constructed on a 4, 641 sq. m. lot donated by Jose Y. Bondoc and Lourdes Mercado. The initial enrolment was about a hundred pupils. The teachers then were only two headed by the late Mr. Pacifico Dizon. In the early part of 60 s., the school became a complete primary school headed by Mr. Sefrenio Hernandez.

                It is through the efforts of the late Brgy. Capt. Romulo Lalic and the cooperation of the barangay people, that in 1969, a grade five class was opened and the following school year 1970-1971, Café Primary School became a complete elementary school with six teachers still headed by Mr. Sefrenio B. Hernandez. In 1972, Mrs. Aurora H. Santos became the head teacher, upon her promotion in 1975, as principal, Mr. Virgilio G. Cunanan took over the principal position. His transfer to Sta. Cruz in the 1985, Mrs. Melanie Q. Danganan became the head teacher until November, 1988.  In that same year, November, 1988, Mr. Danilo M. Sese took over and his term lasted until September 1990. From October 1990 to July 1995, Mr. Antonio P. Rivera became the head teacher followed by Mr. Roman G. Reyes, in August 1995 to September 2000. Mr. Danilo F. Ysais had his term from October 2000 to August 2004.  From September 2004 to January 2009 Mr. Benjamin G. Manaloto became the principal. From January 2009 to June 2014 Mrs. Zenaida R. Poblacio became the principal. From July 2014 - June 2019, Mr. Alexander T. Bondoc. From July 2019 - present, Mrs. Fatima S. Tulio is the current school principal.
